At GiftsByManali, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read the terms below carefully.

Return Eligibility

✓ Eligible for Return:

  • Non-customized/non-personalized items
  • Items in original condition with all tags attached
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Damaged items received

✗ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Items without original packaging and tags
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items purchased during final sale

Return Timeline

You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Note: Return requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon delivery.

How to Return

    Initiate Return Request

    Provide Order Details

    Share your order number, reason for return, photos and videos of the product.

    Get Return Approval

    Our team will review and approve your return request within 24-48 hours.

    Ship the Item Back

    Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

    Receive Refund

    Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Paytm/Google Pay: 3-5 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days

Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange Policy

We currently do NOT offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for a free return pickup
  • You'll receive a full refund or replacement (your choice)
  • No questions asked - your satisfaction is our priority
